1. Delivery Timeline

• Orders are typically delivered within 7–14 business days, depending on the product type and your location.
• Custom or made-to-order furniture may take 3–4 weeks for delivery.
• You’ll receive an order confirmation followed by a tracking link once your product is dispatched.

2. Shipping Charges

• Standard shipping is free across most pin codes in India.
• Remote area or high-floor delivery (without lift access) may incur additional charges.
• International shipping (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout based on the destination.

3. Delivery & Installation

• For eligible furniture, free doorstep delivery and basic installation are provided.
• Some products may require self-assembly, and tools/manuals will be included.
• Installation services will be scheduled within 48–72 hours of delivery (where available).

4. Serviceable Areas

• We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India.
• If your PIN code is unserviceable, our team will contact you to suggest alternatives or issue a refund.
